To whom it may concern: I have had Lymphedema in my left arm for 2 1/2 years. From the beginning I was wearing an Armassist Compression Sleeve at night. A few months ago I was introduced to the CircAid Arm. I am much happier with this new arm. The inner sleeve is made of Lycra so it has a little compression also it doesn't ride up under the outer sleeve which caused lumps in the arm in the morning when I took the sleeve off. Also it keeps it's shape when after washing. One of the best thing with the CircAid Arm is that my arm has gone down quite a bit, so I am wearing a smaller Day sleeve. It is also easier to wash. It comes in two parts, you only have to wash the inner part but with the Armassist Arm you have to wash the whole thing with it's metal parts. I find the CircAid arm more comfortable to wear as I can bend my arm without pain. Couldn't do that with the Armassist Arm. When you have to wear a compression sleeve every night for the rest of your life, it's good to have one that you are happy with. Sincerely, Jacqueline B. Snow |
